丙酮是廉价易得的化工原料,是异丙苯氧化裂解法生产苯酚时的副产物,目前国内产能过剩。甲基异丁基酮是一种有着广泛用途的化工中间体。因此,将丙酮通过缩合加氢生产制备甲基异丁基酮,能够消耗产能过剩的化合物,生产市场需求旺盛的产品,是非常重要的有机化学反应,具有巨大的工业应用前景。本文对丙酮缩合法合成甲基异丁基酮反应的研究进展进行整理与系统性地阐述,供国内相关领域技术人员参考。
Acetone is a cheap and readily available chemical raw material, which is a by-product of the cumene oxidation and coking process. At present, there is an excess of domestic production capacity. Methyl isobutyl ketone is a widely used chemical intermediate. Therefore, the production of methyl isobutyl ketone by condensation and hydrogenation of acetone can consume overproduction compounds and produce products with strong demand in the market. It is a very important organic chemical reaction and has great industrial application prospect. In this paper, the recent progress in the synthesis of methyl isobutyl ketone by acetone condensation has been summarized and systematically elaborated for reference by those skilled in the art in the related art.
