近些年来,随着改革开放力度不断加大,尤其是我国加入世界贸易组织之后,和各国文化、经济交流不断深入,我国的外籍人士呈逐年增加趋势,对我国护理人员英语能力要求也随之提高。另外,因西方国家缺乏大量护理人员,使我国护理人员就业几率逐渐增加。可以说,护理人员英语能力如何,是我国护理人员出国就业的重要基础。在护理英语教学中,ESP理论提倡应用英语学习,主张培养学生应用能力。立足ESP教学理念角度,分析涉外护理英语教学的改革措施。
In recent years, as the intensity of reform and opening up continues to increase, especially after China's accession to the World Trade Organization, with the continuous deepening of cultural and economic exchanges with other countries, the number of expatriates in our country has been increasing year by year and the requirements on the English proficiency of nursing staff in our country also follow improve. In addition, due to the lack of a large number of nursing staff in western countries, the chance of employment of nurses in our country gradually increases. It can be said that nurses' English proficiency is an important foundation for the nurses in our country to go abroad for employment. In nursing English teaching, ESP theory advocates the application of English learning, advocating the cultivation of students' application abilities. Based on the perspective of ESP teaching philosophy, this paper analyzes the reform measures of foreign nursing English teaching.
