汤河发电厂位于太子河上游,共装有两台机组。其中2号机组单机容量为630 kW,为常年发电,由于供水限制发电出力只能达到40%至60%左右,为提高经济效益电厂将630 kW机组更换为250 kW机组,技改完成后,进行运行调试时发现水轮发电机的励磁调节器无法准确有效地调节励磁电压。文章就此问题简要叙述了励磁调节器更改的方法和步骤,并在实际应用中验证方法可行,具有一定的实用性。
Tanghe Power Plant is located in the upper reaches of Prince Edward River, a total of two units installed. The unit capacity of Unit 2 is 630 kW, which is perennial power generation. The power output can only reach about 40% to 60% due to limited water supply. To improve the economic efficiency, the power plant will replace 630 kW unit with 250 kW unit. After the technical transformation is completed, Running debugging found that the hydro-generator excitation regulator can not accurately and effectively adjust the excitation voltage. This article briefly describes the method of excitation regulator changes and steps, and practical application of the verification method is feasible and has some practicality.
