本文介绍了上大下小钢锭模用绝热板保温帽浇注重轨钢的典型试验及扩大试验情况,试验结果表明,用绝热板帽代替耐火砖帽可以简化整模操作,并可提高重轨钢成坯率3％。
The paper introduces the typical test and the expansion test of pouring heavy rail steel with insulation cap on the upper and lower ingot molds. The test results show that replacing the refractory brick cap with the insulating cap can simplify the whole mold operation, Billet rate of 3%.
