【人物档案·李志顺】李志顺,郑州颐顺轩餐饮有限公司董事长、颐顺轩国宴酒店总经理。2002年被国务院侨办选派到意大利培训华人厨师,并巡回表演中国菜;2005年6月被全国餐饮协会评为“三名认定师”;同年9月获中国烹饪协会、世界烹饪联合会颁发的2005年度“中华金厨奖”;同年12月24日被评为中国烹饪大师。
[Profile] Li Zhishun Li Zhishun, chairman of Zhengzhou Yishun Xuan Food Co., Ltd. Yishun Xuan State Banquet Hotel general manager. In 2002, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council selected and sent to Italy to train Chinese chefs and to perform Chinese food performances. In June 2005, it was named “Three Certified Teachers” by the National Catering Association. In September of the same year, Culinary Association of China, World Culinary Federation Issued in 2005 “China Golden Chef Award ”; December 24 the same year was named Chinese cooking master.
