目的 了解老年帕金森病患者的智能和生活质量状况。方法 采用龚耀先修订的《韦氏成人智力量表》、诺丁汉健康问卷和生活满意度Z量表评定42例老年帕金森病患者的状况,与45例老年非帕金森病患者和健康老人对照。结果 老年帕金森病患者的智能和生活质量差于老年非帕金森病患者和健康老人。语言、操作及智商各项均显著低于老年非帕金森病患者组及老年健康组;生活质量差主要表现在躯体活动、性生活、家务、嗜好和社会活动方面;生活满意度也以老年帕金森病患者为差。结论 老年帕金森病患者存在明显的智能障碍,生活质量和生活满意度均低于老年非帕金森病患者组及老年健康组,心理干预有利于改善老年帕金森病患者的生活质量。
Objective To understand the intelligence and quality of life of elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease. Methods We modified the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale, the Nottingham Health Questionnaire and the Life Satisfaction Scale Z to assess the status of 42 elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease and compared with 45 elderly non-Parkinson’s disease patients and healthy elderly people. Results Elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease had poorer intelligence and quality of life than elderly non-Parkinson’s disease patients and healthy elderly. Language, operation and IQ were significantly lower than the elderly non-Parkinson’s disease group and the elderly health group; poor quality of life mainly in the physical activity, sex, housework, hobbies and social activities; life satisfaction is also senile Patients with dementia are poor. Conclusion There are obvious mental disorders in elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease, and the quality of life and life satisfaction are lower than those in non-Parkinson’s disease and geriatric health groups. Psychological intervention is helpful to improve the quality of life in elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease.
