我院1988年～1999年共收治结肠癌253例,其中并肠梗阻56例,报道如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料本组男39例,女17例,40～59岁26例,小于40岁2例,60～89岁以上28例。1.2 术中所见及病理结果肿瘤位于盲肠3例,升结肠6例,结肠肝曲12例,横结杨5例,结肠脾曲10例,降结肠4例,乙状结肠16例。肝转移5例。2例合并结肠穿孔。病理结果:腺癌45例,粘液腺癌3例,合并淋巴结转移13例。1.3 手术方式右半结肠癌行Ⅰ期切除肠吻合21例。左半结肠癌行Hartmann手术18例,行Ⅰ期切除肠吻合5例,Ⅰ期切除肠吻合、近端造瘘2例,Ⅱ期切除肠吻合3例,单纯造瘘或捷径手术5例(其中左半结
In our hospital from 1988 to 1999, a total of 253 cases of colon cancer were treated, including 56 cases of intestinal obstruction. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information The group of 39 males and 17 females, 26 cases 40 to 59 years old, 2 cases less than 40 years old, 28 cases above 60 to 89 years old. 1.2 The intraoperative findings and pathological findings The tumors were located in 3 cases of cecum, 6 cases of ascending colon, 12 cases of colonic hepatic plexus, 5 cases of collateral yang, 10 cases of colonic spleen, 4 cases of descending colon, and 16 cases of sigmoid colon. Liver metastases in 5 cases. Two patients with colon perforation. Pathological results: 45 cases of adenocarcinoma, 3 cases of mucinous adenocarcinoma, 13 cases of lymph node metastasis. 1.3 Surgical treatment of right colon cancer with a first stage resection of intestinal anastomosis in 21 cases. Left-sided colon cancer was performed in 18 cases with Hartmann’s surgery. There were 5 cases of resection of intestinal anastomosis in stage I, 2 cases of resection of intestinal anastomosis in stage I, 2 cases of proximal ostomy, 2 cases of resection of intestinal anastomosis in 2 cases, and 5 cases of simple ostomy or short-cut operation.
