目的:建立了能够同时测定丹参注射剂中6种无机阴离子(氟离子、甲酸根、氯离子、亚硝酸根、溴离子和硝酸根)含量的离子色谱方法。方法:采用IC-2100离子色谱,Ion Pac AS11-HC阴离子色谱柱(4 mm×250 mm),KOH梯度淋洗,电导检测器检测6种无机阴离子含量。结果:6种无机阴离子基本达到基线分离,线性关系良好,相关系数分别在0.999 5~0.999 9,平均回收率分别在90.1%~106.5%。结论:所建立的方法快速、准确、简便、实用,可用于丹参注射剂中6种无机阴离子的含量测定和质量控制。
Objective: To establish an ion chromatography method capable of simultaneous determination of six inorganic anions (fluoride, formate, chloride, nitrite, bromide and nitrate) in Salvia miltiorrhiza injection. Methods: IC-2100 ion chromatography, Ion Pac AS11-HC anion column (4 mm × 250 mm), KOH gradient elution and conductivity detector were used to detect the content of six inorganic anions. Results: Six kinds of inorganic anions basically achieved baseline separation with good linearity. The correlation coefficients ranged from 0.999 5 to 0.999 9, and the average recoveries ranged from 90.1% to 106.5%. Conclusion: The established method is rapid, accurate, simple, practical and can be used for determination and quality control of six inorganic anions in Danshen injection.
