目的:分析磁力牵拉作用下骨骼应力性形变趋势,为探析运动健骨机制提供参考。方法:建立磁力牵拉系统,观测兔后肢长骨承受纵轴磁力牵拉后应力形变情况。结果:与对照组比较,磁力牵拉组动物股骨平均增长1.56mm(P<0.05)、胫骨增长2.61mm(P<0.05)。提示:在磁力牵拉影响下模型骨具有一定的应力性骨构型活动,骨骼有增长趋势。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the deformation trend of skeletal stress induced by magnetic pulling, to provide a reference for the mechanism of osteoarthritis. Methods: A magnetic pulling system was established to observe the stress and deformation of the long hind limbs of rabbits subjected to longitudinal magnetic force. Results: Compared with the control group, the average femur of the magnetic pulling group increased 1.56mm (P <0.05) and the tibia increased 2.61mm (P <0.05). Tip: under the influence of magnetic traction model bone has a certain degree of stress bone structure activity, bone growth trend.
