利用自行研制的填料粒子,采用独特的渗流法制备了多孔金属铝,提出了填料颗粒为球形时多孔金属孔隙率的计算模型,实验证明用此模型预测多孔金属的孔隙率是可行的.用该法制备的多孔金属具有理想的孔结构
Porous metal aluminum was prepared by using self-developed filler particles. A porous metal was prepared by the seepage method. The porous metal porosity was calculated when the filler particles were spherical. Experiments show that it is feasible to predict the porosity of porous metal by this model. The porous metal prepared by this method has the ideal pore structure
