本文着重讨论了消石灰加入量,不同粘结剂、碳酸化时间和温度,对包头稀土精矿碳酸化冷固结球团抗压强度的影响因素;选择了制备稀土精矿碳酸化冷固结球团的最佳工艺条件;采用本方法制备的稀土精矿球团,在包钢稀土一厂150kg中频炉和河南省郸城铁合金厂750KVA矿热炉中进行了脱铁试验,证明其冶金性能良好。本文提供的工艺参数和技术经济指标,可作为稀土精矿碳酸化球团工业化的依据,已被有关工厂采用。
