根据育种目标,本着优中选优、优劣互补原则组成单交种和直接利用国外优良杂交种分离二环系,是当前选育自交系广泛应用和行之有效的方法。在选育过程中,增加种植株数、扩大选择范围,增强选择压力和采用多种环境鉴定是提高选育效果的重要手段。今后育种工作要重视种质资源研究与创新,也是取得突破性进展的关键。
