本研究以进一步提高农作物播种精度,减小误差为主要研究目标,抛开传统的轮驱动排种的纯机械播种方式,介绍一种以单片机为控制核心,以步进电机驱动排种的小麦精播控制技术,主、从单片机间采用蓝牙无线传递方式,播种参数及状况由人机界面设定和实时显示、报警。该技术基于模糊控制理论,采用PID控制方式,提出对步进电机施以模糊控制的设计思想,并对二维模糊控制器采用SIMULINK进行仿真验证。结果证明,采用模糊PID控制步进电机,的确达到良好效果,能有效提高播种精确度和稳定性。
In order to further improve crop sowing accuracy and reduce errors, the main purpose of this research is to abandon the purely mechanical sowing method of wheel-driven seeding. A kind of wheat sperm which is controlled by single-chip microcomputer and driven by stepper motor is introduced. Broadcast control technology, the main, from the single chip Bluetooth wireless transmission mode, sowing parameters and status set by the man-machine interface and real-time display and alarm. Based on the fuzzy control theory and PID control method, the design method of the fuzzy control for the stepper motor is put forward. The SIMULINK is used to verify the two-dimensional fuzzy controller. The results show that the use of fuzzy PID stepper motor, indeed achieved good results, can effectively improve the sowing accuracy and stability.
