从交易价值视角对人力资源管理外包进行研究发现:人力资源管理外包强调能力互补和信任,通过以能力互补为主的异质性资源配置和以信任为主的非控制性任务协调,将高HC和高TV的活动外包给第三方服务商;企业内部的人力资源管理活动则强调要能力专长和控制性任务协调,通过以能力专长为主的同质性资源配置和正式控制协调,将高TC和高HV的人力资源管理活动内部化。
The research on human resource management outsourcing from the perspective of transaction value shows that human resource management outsourcing emphasizes mutual complementarity and trust.
