古奇踪同志是河南省唐河县人,生于1925年11月7日。1950年7月毕业于北京大学法律系,1947年12月加中国共产党的外围组织中国民主青年同盟,1948年2月参加革命工作,同年6月加入中国共产党,曾任北大南系地下党法学院党支部副书记。建国以后,历任北京市学生联合会主席、北京市青年联合会副主席、北京市人民代表、北京市人民政府人民监察委员会委员(1950年周总理亲自签字任命)、北京市二十二中副校长、北京体育学校副校
Guqi trace comrades Tanghe County, Henan Province, was born in November 7, 1925.
