例1:张××,女,13岁,病历号5645。患儿于入院前1小时无诱因突然阵发性腹痛,部位以脐周为明显。坐卧不安,不出汗,不发热。排稀便3次,无脓血,见排虫一条。呕吐1次,为胃内食物。自感发冷,伴寒战。全身见散在皮疹。体检:营养发育一般,神志清楚,精神萎靡,面色黄白,皮肤发花,四肢末端发绀,全身散在充血性斑丘疹。双侧瞳孔等大,对光反应存在。呼吸24次/分,脉86次/分,血压测不出。两肺呼吸音清楚。心界不大,心音弱,心律齐,未闻及病理性杂音。腹软,无压痛,未触及包块。肝在剑下2厘米。肠鸣存在。生理反射存在,未引出病理反射。末梢血像:白细胞总数41,500/立方毫米,中性分叶粒细胞65%,淋巴细胞13%,嗜酸性粒细胞20%,嗜酸性粒细胞计数1,300。
