以对接K型坡口接头形式采用双面焊,实现了4 mm厚的铝/钢CMT连接,研究了焊接工艺参数、特种钎剂对焊缝成形及接头组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:合适的钎剂和焊接工艺可得到力学性能较好的焊接接头;扫描电镜结果发现界面层厚度可达8μm。
In the form of butt-jointed K-type groove joints, double-side welding was adopted to achieve a 4 mm-thick aluminum / steel CMT connection. The effects of welding parameters, special fluxes on weld formation and joint structure and mechanical properties were studied. The results show that the proper welding flux and welding process can obtain the welded joints with good mechanical properties. The scanning electron microscopy results show that the interface layer thickness can reach 8μm.
