本文通过采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法等方法,对武汉三所高中女生进行了12周的有氧健身操实验。研究结果表明,有氧健身操的运动强度(心率控制在120-140次/分钟,时间累积在30-60 分钟)高中女生较为适宜,动作结构符合高中女生的生理特点。长期坚持有氧健身操锻炼能够使高中女生心血管和呼吸机能增强,身体形态和身体成分明显改善,身体素质显著提高。
Through the methods of questionnaire survey, literature review and mathematical statistics, this paper conducts a 12-week aerobics test for three high school girls in Wuhan. The results show that the exercise intensity of aerobics (heart rate control in 120-140 beats / min, the time accumulated in 30-60 minutes) high school girls is more appropriate, the action structure in line with the physiological characteristics of high school girls. Long-term adherence to aerobics exercise can improve high school girls cardiovascular and respiratory function, body shape and body composition improved significantly, physical fitness significantly improved.
