最近,笔者采访了江苏省盐城市民营企业——华宝棉纺有限公司总经理朱福群。朱总待人热情,思维敏捷,介绍企业发展如数家珍。他的成功经验可以用一句话概括,即“用人才铸就了企业的辉煌”。朱福群出身农民家庭,1976年入伍当兵,1981年回乡担任村团支书、塑料厂厂长、棉织厂副支书、村支书、副镇长、镇长等职。后调任盐城市金辉棉纺集团任总经理。那时金辉集团已处于瘫痪状态,无资金、无产品、无原料,负债近亿元,债主通过法院、银行来封门索款。
