在我国水利水电建设中,经常遇到坝基锚固、大型(?)(?)固、边坡锚固等问题。过去大多是使用钢锚杆锚固但它具有不可克服的弱点,即吨位低,锚杆短,无法适应大工程的需要。为提高吨位,曾使用过φ5的预应力高强钢丝混凝土锚头,用三台顶同时张拉,加混凝土垫栓的施工方法。它提高了张拉吨位,加强了预应力束。但相对而言,它造价高,施工复杂,如遇特殊地理条件等不利环境还会无法施工。
In our hydropower construction, we often encounter problems such as dam foundation anchorage, large-scale (?) (?) Solid and slope anchoring. In the past, steel anchors were mostly used but they had insurmountable weaknesses, ie low tonnage and short anchors, which could not meet the needs of large projects. In order to increase the tonnage, it has been used φ5 prestressed high-strength steel wire concrete anchor head, with three top simultaneously tense, plus concrete pad bolt construction method. It increases the tension tonnage and strengthens the prestressing beam. Relatively speaking, however, it is costly and complex to construct.
