Recognizing that human resources are the perpetual driving force for the development of enterprises in the 21st century, more and more Chinese companies are pursuing the implementation of scientific human resource management in an attempt to win the initiative and absolute advantage of competition in the commercial sea. However, in the modern sense, Chinese enterprises in the modern sense, especially private enterprises, have really developed after China’s reform and opening up, but at most it has been more than 20 years.
