传动链是石油钻机中的重要传动件,它的使用寿命直接关系到开发石油资源的速度。在良好的润滑条件下工作的链条,链板的疲劳强度成为链条使用寿命的决定性因素。通过链板有限元弹性应力分析得知,链板几何形状的改变不能导致链板工作应力的明显改善。为改善链板工作应力状态,有效的措施之一,是用带有足够过盈量的挤压头挤压板孔,使板孔周围由于塑性变形而产生必要的残余应力,以达到改善链板工作应力的目的。本文是用有限元方法对1( 1/2)石油传动链内、外链板进行的弹塑性应力分析和残余应力计算,并为使用冷挤强化处理应当选取的适宜过盈量提出了建议。
The transmission chain is an important transmission in oil drilling rigs. Its service life is directly related to the speed of developing oil resources. Chain in the good working conditions of lubrication, fatigue strength chain become a decisive factor in chain life. The finite element analysis of the elastic stress of the link plate shows that the change of the link geometry can not lead to a significant improvement of the working stress of the link plate. One of the effective measures to improve the stress state of the link plate is to press the plate hole with the extrusion head with enough interference so as to make necessary residual stress around the plate hole due to the plastic deformation so as to improve the chain plate The purpose of work stress. In this paper, the elasto-plastic stress analysis and residual stress calculation of the inner and outer chain plates of 1 (1/2) oil transmission chain are carried out by using the finite element method, and some suggestions are put forward for the appropriate interference which should be selected by the cold extrusion strengthening.
