废胎胶粉改性沥青的配方与混合料级配的匹配性设计是国内外研究的热点。文中参考林绣贤教授的“Ⅰ法”及美国“贝雷法”对以美国德州为代表的第二类间断级配AR-SMA-13进行研究。经大量的室内试验验证,文中提出了新型间断级配WRAC-13,2.36mm~4.75mm含量接近12%,是传统间断级配的2倍,0.075mm通过率可低至5%~8%,油石比大小合适,路用性能优良,施工和易性好,于2016年6月在河南省武陟~云台山高速进行了双向9km试验路的铺筑,总体评价良好。文中对这一成果进行了总结分析,可为断级配废胎胶粉改性沥青混合料的设计和施工提供参考。
The tire rubber powder modified asphalt formulation and mixture gradation matching design is a hot research at home and abroad. In this paper, the second discontinuous grading AR-SMA-13, represented by Texas, USA, is studied with reference to Professor Lin Xiu-xian’s “I Law” and the United States “Bere method.” After a large number of indoor tests, the new type of intermittent grade WRAC-13 is proposed in this paper. The content of 2.36mm ~ 4.75mm is nearly 12%, which is twice that of the traditional discontinuous gradation, the pass rate of 0.075mm can be as low as 5% ~ 8% The ratio of oilstone to the size is suitable, the road performance is excellent, and the construction workability is good. In June 2016, the bi-directional 9km test road was paved at the Wuyue ~ Yuntai Mountain high speed in Henan Province and the overall evaluation was good. The paper summarizes the results, which can provide a reference for the design and construction of the modified grade asphalt mixture with waste tire grade.
