随着人们生活水平的提高,绿化日益向美化、香化过渡,为职工创造优雅、静谧的工作、生活、学习环境尤显重要,这个任务自然而然地落到绿化工作者肩上。本文结合自己多年实践来谈如何搞好绿化。一、领导作用举足轻重:单位应成立以主要领导牵头,各部门负责人参加的绿化委员会,实行层层负责制,定期检查、监督、指导绿化工作,有利于绿化任务的分配及落实。二、合理规划:合理规划是搞好绿化的前提和基础。专业人员根据实际作出近期、中长期报告,交绿委会讨论通过后实施,原则上不得擅自更改。制订规划时要了解本地的土质、气候、污染情况、管线设置和各种花木的生物学特性。做到落叶常绿搭配;乔灌花草相结合;阳光充足之地宜选阳性树种;反之宜选阴性、半阴性树种;坡岸水多宜植耐湿垂柳、水杉
