没有爱就没有教育。教师的教育既有付出,更有收获,付出的不只是时间,还有精力、体力、情感、学识,甚至更多,同时教师也在收获,收获的是学生的尊重、热爱以及成长中的点滴进步,还有知识与美德的传承和发扬。教师要学会欣赏学生,践行教学相长,注重构建和谐的师生关系,善用丰富多样的教学方法,培养学生的良好习惯。教师把爱传给学生,学生把爱释放在社会,反馈于社会,那么爱就在传递和发展,有了爱,这个世界就会更美好,那么教师的工作就具有更深远的意义。
