目的探讨男性原发无精子症和少精子症与Y染色体无精子症因子(AZF)微缺失的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应技术对62例原发无精子症与少精子症患者Y染色体上AZF基因(STS)上的3个位点SY84、SY127、SY254及ZFX/ZFY基因进行检测。结果 62例无精子症与少精子症患者中共检出Y染色体微缺失13例,缺失率为20.97%。其中40例无精症患者中发现9例(22.5%),22例少精症患者中发现4例(18.18%)。结论 AZF缺失是原发无精子症和少精子症造成男性不育的重要原因之一,对无精子症和少精子症患者有必要进行Y染色体微缺失的常规检测。
Objective To investigate the relationship between male primary azoospermia and oligospermia and Y chromosome azoospermia factor (AZF) microdeletions. Methods The SY84, SY127, SY254 and ZFX / ZFY genes in three sites of AZF gene (STS) in 62 patients with primary azoospermia and oligospermia were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results Thirty-two cases of Y chromosome microdeletions were detected in 62 cases of azoospermia and oligospermia, the deletion rate was 20.97%. Of the 40 patients with azoospermia found in 9 cases (22.5%), 22 cases of oligozoospermia were found in 4 cases (18.18%). Conclusions AZF deletion is one of the most important causes of infertility in primary azoospermia and oligospermia. It is necessary to perform routine detection of Y chromosome microdeletions in patients with azoospermia and oligospermia.
