目的 评价动态螺旋CT动脉造影在胰岛素瘤定位诊断中的价值。方法 我院应用动态CT动脉造影方法诊断两例 ,并经手术病理证实。结果 胰岛素瘤在CT动脉造影现为高度致密结节。结论 动态螺旋CT动脉造影可极其准确显示胰岛素瘤 ,是胰岛素瘤术前定位诊断的最佳方法。
Objective To evaluate the value of dynamic spiral CT angiography in the localization of insulinoma. Methods Two cases were diagnosed by dynamic CT angiography in our hospital and confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results Insulinoma was highly dense nodules in CT arteriography. Conclusion Dynamic spiral CT angiography can display the insulinoma with high accuracy, which is the best method for preoperative localization diagnosis of insulinoma.
