2009年,南中东一区投产单管集输井,区别于传统的玻璃管量油方式,使用了软件量油技术。在前期试验阶段存在螺杆泵井的软件量油值与玻璃管量油误差大的问题,虽然可以结合压差法进行修正,但由于压差法投入大,无法推广使用。通过分析,诊断螺杆泵井泵况的憋压法可以反映螺杆泵井的容积效率特性。根据憋压曲线,结合单井的含气量、含水率、井底流压可以对泵效作出判断。
In 2009, the South-East region put into operation a single-tube gathering and transmission wells, different from the traditional glass tube oil method, the use of software oil technology. In the early experimental stage, there was a problem that there was a large error between the amount of oil in the software of the screw pump well and the amount of oil in the glass tube. Although it could be corrected in combination with the pressure difference method, it could not be popularized due to the large pressure drop method. By analyzing and diagnosing the pressure condition of screw pump well pump, it can reflect the volumetric efficiency of screw pump well. According to the pressure-holding curve, combined with single-well gas content, moisture content, bottom-hole flow pressure can be judged on the pump.
