乡村地区越来越觉察到自身处于一种充满矛盾的城市背景中,在有建设欲望的同时又想保护乡村景观。问题是乡村地区如何通过建立更好的城乡关系来克服这种矛盾。在这篇论文中,我们旨在仔细考量城乡关系的角色。首先讨论的是有关乡村地区对城市压力方面的不同观点。其次,我们将分析提升乡村景观的乡村商品和服务的发展影响因素。最后,我们将详细阐述基于不同城乡关系下的土地策略,并且建立一个综合的乡村商品和服务的供给体系。本论文的实证性内容来源于欧洲项目“在城市压力下的乡村地区建立新的城乡关系”(城乡结合部)的成果,该项目在欧洲五个国家得以实施。
Rural areas are increasingly aware of themselves in a paradoxical urban context, with a desire to build while at the same time wanting to preserve the rural landscape. The question is how rural areas can overcome this contradiction by establishing better urban-rural relations. In this paper, we aim to carefully consider the role of urban-rural relations. First, we will discuss the different viewpoints on urban stress in rural areas. Second, we will analyze the factors that influence the development of rural goods and services that enhance rural landscapes. Finally, we will elaborate on land policies based on different urban-rural relations and establish a comprehensive supply system for rural goods and services. The empirical content of this paper is the result of the European project “Establishing a new relationship between urban and rural areas under urban pressure” (urban-rural linkages), which was implemented in five European countries.
