在1999年的全国教育工作会议上,教育部就把素质教育中的美育正式列入国家教育方针,也明确了美育在中国人才培养中的重要地位。实施美育,最根本的就是实施艺术教育(包括音乐、舞蹈、戏剧和美术等)。舞蹈作为素质教育的重要组成部分,对实现中小学生德、智、体、美全面发展所起到的作用,越来越受到社会各界和广大师生、家长的认可。探讨如何构建有特色、个性化的先进校园舞蹈文化,不仅有利于提升义务教育中学生的人文素质及综合素质,而且对实现素质教育的培养目标具有重要意义。
At the National Education Conference in 1999, the Ministry of Education formally put aesthetics education in quality education formally into the national education policy and made it clear that aesthetic education plays an important role in China’s talent cultivation. The most fundamental way to implement aesthetic education is to carry out art education (including music, dance, theater, art, etc.). As an important part of quality education, dance plays an increasingly important role in realizing the all-round development of moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic education of primary and middle school students. It is more and more recognized by all walks of life and teachers, students and parents. To explore how to construct a distinctive and personalized advanced campus dance culture is not only conducive to enhancing the humane quality and comprehensive quality of students in compulsory education, but also important for the realization of the goal of quality education.
