以南京长江二桥南汊桥南、北主塔墩承台施工为背景 ,就混凝土浇注及养护过程中的水化热控制问题进行了论述 ,着重介绍了承台大体积混凝土施工的温度控制措施。实践表明 ,承台施工温控有效地控制了混凝土内表温差及层间温差 ,取得了较理想的效果
Taking the construction of the abutment of the south and north pylon piers of the South Second Bridge of Nanjing Second Yangtze River Bridge as the background, the hydration heat control problems in concrete pouring and curing are discussed. The temperature control measures for the mass concrete construction of the platform are introduced emphatically. Practice shows that the temperature control of the cap construction effectively control the temperature difference between the inner surface of the concrete and the temperature difference between the layers and achieve a more satisfactory result
