教育实习是高等师范专科学校教育计划的重要组成部分，是贯彻理论与实践相结合的具体体现。我连续七年带体育系学生，到远郊县中学实习，取得了不少成功的经验。在教育实习的大课堂中，使我非常具体、形象地看到师范体育系如何才能培养出合格的中学体育师资，也使我对教学相长
Educational internship is an important part of the educational program of higher normal colleges and is a concrete manifestation of the combination of theory and practice. For seven consecutive years, I took a major in Physical Education and went to practice in a high school in the suburbs and achieved many successful experiences. In the big class of internship in education, I made a very concrete and vivid understanding of how the normal physical education department can cultivate qualified secondary school PE teachers and make me feel good about teaching
