课堂教学监控是教师确保达到既定的教学目标,在教学中持续积极主动的安排、计划、检查、评价、反馈、控制的系统过程。教学监控对提高英语教学质量具有重要客观价值,科学合理的实施英语有效教学的课堂监控策略是实施英语有效教学监控的前提。课堂教学监控可采用预先设话题、走出去,请进来、撰写反思日记、教学评价等形式来提高监控质量。
Classroom teaching monitoring is a systematic process of ensuring that teachers meet the established teaching objectives and continuing to actively arrange, plan, check, evaluate, feedback and control in teaching. Teaching monitoring has important objective value to improve the quality of English teaching. Scientific and reasonable classroom monitoring strategy of effective English teaching is the precondition of effective English teaching supervision. Classroom teaching monitoring can be pre-set topic, go out, please come in, write reflection diary, teaching evaluation and other forms to improve the monitoring quality.
