一、构件成型工艺1.预应力混凝土空心板生产丹麦全国只有两个预应力混凝土空心板厂,都采用固定长线钢板台座,钢板底下是为热养护而备的供热片。生产工艺有挤压机生产和行模机生产两种。比较两个厂的生产设备及工艺布置,维贝二厂的先进程度较高,该厂预应力板全部采用挤压工艺生产。该厂的长线钢台座长均为113m、宽为1.27m,台座清理采用气动旋转刷沿着台座刷净。台座清理完毕后,用该厂自制的电动气压喷油钢筋布置机在台面上喷脱模油并布置配筋。该厂生产的预应力板采用的是φ12mm 的钢筋束,预应力张拉采用西德产77-024型电动液压张拉机、丹麦产 ASP16200液压千斤顶张拉机和 CEE液压千斤顶拉张机,张拉杆长分别为190、
First, the component forming process 1. Production of prestressed concrete hollow slabs There are only two prestressed concrete hollow slab mills in Denmark. All of them use fixed long-line steel pedestals, and under the steel plates are heating pads prepared for thermal curing. The production process includes extrusion machine production and line molding machine production. Comparing the production equipment and process layout of the two plants, Weibei No. 2 Plant has a high level of sophistication. The plant’s prestressed panels are all produced using extrusion technology. The plant’s long-line steel pedestal is 113m long and 1.27m wide. The pedestal is cleaned using a pneumatic rotating brush and brushed along the pedestal.
