一直以来我国对教育事业都非常重视,九年义务教育的实施对于国民基本素质的提高具有跨越性的作用,随着人们生活条件的改善以及生活水平也得到了大幅度的提高,当前关于孩子的教育问题已经成为社会热点内容,小学阶段是孩子的启蒙阶段,同时也是世界观和价值观初步形成的重要阶段,作为入门阶段只有让学生充分感受到知识的实用性,对于学习以及生活都产生积极乐观的态度,才能够保证在日后的成长为有理想对于社会有贡献的人才。教师在小学阶段发挥的不仅仅是知识传授者这个作用,教师对于学生的关爱与小学阶段学生的成长有这复杂的联系。
