选取辣椒种子,比较相同温度不同处理方式对辣椒种子发芽势、发芽速率和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明干热处理可大大提高种子发芽势和种子萌发速率,其中70℃干热处理能保证种子较好的发芽势,而70℃浸种处理导致多数种子丧失活力;80℃干热处理发芽速率明显,萌发速率与浸种相差达14.3;50℃对幼苗生长影响为60℃、80℃、90℃干热处理高于(根长)或等于(鲜重)温水处理;其他温度未呈现出规律性结果。
Pepper seeds were selected to compare the effects of different temperature treatments on the germination potential, germination rate and seedling growth of pepper seeds. The results showed that dry heat treatment could greatly improve seed germination potential and seed germination rate, of which dry heat treatment at 70 ℃ could ensure better seed germination potential, while seed treatment at 70 ℃ resulted in the loss of vitality of most seeds; germination rate was significantly higher at 80 ℃ dry heat treatment, And the difference between soaking and soaking was 14.3. The effect of 50 ℃ on seedling growth was 60 ℃, and the dry heat treatment at 80 ℃ and 90 ℃ was higher than (root length) or equal to (fresh weight) warm water treatment; other temperatures did not show regularity.
