《母婴保健法》颁布实施以来，截止１９９６年底河北省８０％以上的县（区）开展了婚前医学检查工作。今年初省妇幼保健中心对石家庄等６个市１４个县（区）的婚前医学检查工作进行了调查。认为目前这项工作中存在的主要问题是法律意识和服务意识不强，本文对此进行了讨论并提出建议。 Since the promulgation of the Maternal and Infant Health Law, more than 80% of counties (districts) in Hebei Province have conducted premarital medical examination by the end of 1996. At the beginning of this year, the MCH center conducted a survey on premarital medical examination of 14 counties (districts) in 6 cities including Shijiazhuang. He believes that the main problems in the current work are legal awareness and service awareness, which are discussed in this paper and suggestions are made.
