产妇王××,初产,足月分娩。于1980年3月12日娩出一男婴。胎儿娩出前流出一凝血块,约200毫升血液。胎盘边缘有2×4厘米大小似为早剥。既往无输血史、肌肉注射史和流产史。患儿娩出后,哭声响亮,体重3,700克,一般情况均好。于生后第4天烦躁不安,尖叫,哺乳差。第5天皮肤和巩膜明显黄染。查体温37℃,心肺肝脾均正常,全身淋巴结不大,腹软。实验室检查:血红蛋白8克%,红细胞264万,白细胞总数15,000。粪潜血试验阳性,血清
