本文试验研究了灰铸铁最小补缩需要量。通过把经验数据转换成冒口残余模数和收缩率,建立了冒口尺寸通用的计算方法。实验说明,冒口残余模数和收缩率随铸铁共晶石墨量的变化而变化,或者在硅量不变的情况下,随炭当量的变化而变化。对某些重要的工艺因素数量上的影响进行了试验研究。发现湿型所呈现的总收缩在很大程度上是由型壁迁移所引起。提高浇注温度反增加收缩率、而孕育仅使冒口残余模数的最小值增加。
This paper experimentally studied the minimum amount of gray cast iron needed. By converting empirical data into riser residual moduli and shrinkage rates, a common calculation method for riser size was established. Experimental results show that the riser residual modulus and shrinkage change with the amount of cast iron eutectic graphite changes, or unchanged in the case of silicon, with the carbon equivalent changes. The number of some important factors of the process of experimental study. The total shrinkage exhibited by the wet type was found to be largely due to wall migration. Increasing the pouring temperature increases the shrinkage rate, while inoculation only increases the minimum value of the riser residual modulus.
