(一) 深圳市场文化的蓬勃发展,主要得益于人们对文化艺术经济功能的认识。在商品经济社会里,人们发现文化艺术不仅具有审美、教育、娱乐的功能,而且还具有经济功能,因而深圳的企业界和企业家们对办文化事业投注了较大的兴趣和力量。而由于教育具有的迟效性、间接性和潜在性,使教育的经济功能不易显现,深圳人办教育便缺乏办市场文化的热情。因而,从经济的角度去审视、分析教育的经济功能,揭示教育与经济增长的内在联系,既能为教育与经济的有机结合提供理论依据,又有助于人们树立正确的教育价值观,指导教育实践和教育改革,使我市的教育活动真正转到为经济建设服务的轨道上来。
(A) The booming market culture in Shenzhen is mainly due to people’s understanding of the economic functions of culture and the arts. In the commodity economy society, people found that culture and arts not only have the functions of esthetic, education and entertainment, but also have economic functions. Therefore, the business circles and entrepreneurs in Shenzhen cast a great deal of interest and force in running a cultural undertaking. Due to the late, indirect and potential nature of education, the economic function of education is not easy to find. Therefore, people-oriented education in Shenzhen lacks enthusiasm for conducting market culture. Therefore, from an economic perspective, we can examine and analyze the economic functions of education and reveal the inherent relationship between education and economic growth. This not only provides a theoretical basis for the organic combination of education and economy, but also helps people to establish correct educational values and guide education Practice and education reform have brought the city’s education activities to the track of serving economic construction.
