针对矿井运输设备—轨道耦合振动问题,搭建了矿井运输设备轨道试验台,对矿井运输设备-轨道耦合振动系统进行了试验研究,分析了轨道耦合振动系统的振动特性。重点研究了矿井运输设备的运行速度及载重量对整个耦合振动系统的影响规律,为耦合振动系统的理论研究打下了基础。
Aiming at the problem of mine transportation equipment - track coupling vibration, a track test rig of mine transportation equipment is set up. The test and research on the mine transportation equipment - track coupling vibration system is carried out. The vibration characteristics of the track coupling vibration system are analyzed. The research focuses on the influence of operating speed and carrying capacity of mine transportation equipment on the whole coupled vibration system, which lays the foundation for the theoretical study of coupled vibration system.
