50年代末设计的磁铁石英岩的准备作业和选矿工艺流程,实际上与70~80年代的工艺流程并无区别。只是生产规模扩大,系列和工艺设备的生产能力提高了,分选的段数和作业次数也有所增加。然而这种流程与现代理论水平不相适应,也不符合细分散物料按一定物理性质进行准备和分选(磨矿、分级、磁选、脱泥)的实践要求。在选矿的每一段里分出尾矿,而解离了的不同粒度和品位的铁矿颗粒只是在工艺流
In the late 1950s, magnetite quartz rock preparation and mineral processing were virtually the same as those of the 70-80’s. Only the scale of production has expanded, the production capacity of series and process equipment has been increased, and the number of segments and the number of operations have also been increased.
