他,何家庆,自1984年自费考察大别山后,名闻海内外,受到党和国家领导人的重视和关怀。1990年6月7日,他受安徽省委省政府的重托,挂职到皖南山区的贫困县绩溪当科技副县长。从此,他走上一条振兴山区经济的道路,架起了科技与生产的金桥,用自己的一颗赤诚之心,赢得了山区人民的衷心爱戴。
