为了研究水泥混凝土路面抗滑构造对抗盐冻剥落的影响,采用5种不同抗滑构造,进行抗盐冻剥落试验。结果表明,对普通混凝土,拉粗毛和中毛时试件剥落最多,剥落量比光面混凝土大20多倍,刻粗槽和拉细毛其次,而刻细槽剥落量最小;通过掺加引气减水剂,剥落量可明显减少。因此在北方地区,作抗滑处理的混凝土应掺加引气减水剂,并尽量采用刻细槽,不宜采用拉槽工艺。
In order to study the effect of anti-skid structure on the anti-freezing of cement concrete pavement, five different anti-skid structures were used to carry out the anti-freezing experiment. The results show that when the normal concrete, the coarse wool and the middle wool are stripped most, the peeling amount is 20 times larger than that of the smooth concrete, followed by the grooves and the fine bristles, while the peeling amount of the groove is the smallest; Water-reducing agent, the amount of spalling can be significantly reduced. Therefore, in the northern region, concrete used for anti-slip treatment should be mixed with air-entraining water-reducing admixture and grooves should be adopted as far as possible.
