团队薪酬实行过程中会面临一系列障碍:缺乏有效的组织形成机制,薪酬经费缺乏有力保障,二次分配制度不完善,团队绩效考核不完善。团队薪酬制度并不能单独发挥作用。为了保障团队薪酬制度的顺利实行,要求高校在实行团队薪酬的同时,必须配合一系列的配套措施:创新人事管理制度,建立宏观调控下的人员流动机制;创新科研财务管理制度,探索与团队体制相适应的服务模式;加强有效的监督机制。
