当今,中小企业在我国经济发展、社会安定中起着越来越重要的作用。但资金短缺、融资困难一直是中小企业发展的瓶颈,制约中小企业的成长壮大。国际上普遍认为风险投资是解决中小企业融资困难的一种较为理想的选择,对促进中小企业的发展壮大也有重要的作用。本文论述了我国风险投资与中小企业结合的必然性及重要现实意义,并分析了当前的制约因素,给出一定的建议。
Today, SMEs play an increasingly important role in China’s economic development and social stability. However, lack of funds and financing difficulties have always been bottlenecks in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, restricting the growth and development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The international community generally believes that venture capital is an ideal solution to the financing difficulties of SMEs and plays an important role in promoting the growth and development of SMEs. This article discusses the inevitability and important practical significance of the combination of venture capital and small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, analyzes the current restrictive factors and gives some suggestions.
