郑××男12岁门诊病历号40150双眼结膜干燥、习惯性瞬目,1983年2月11日就诊。既往身体健康,无特殊爱好。家族史:父母双眼虹膜无病变。全身检查:左侧颈部和肩部共有46个粟粒大的褐色和黄褐色斑,大的黄褐色斑为5×3mm;左侧臀部有26个、右侧有6个同样黄褐色斑。皮肤科诊断:顿挫型神经纤维瘤。眼部检查:视力:右1.5 左1.5。双眼外眦部结膜有毕托氏斑。右眼虹膜有7个淡黄色斑,大的约粟粒大,小的针孔大。左眼
