时常到企业采访,发现一种近乎规律的现象:经济效益好的企业,管理上的桂冠便接踵而至,经济效益差的企业,管理上难免成为众矢之的。其间似乎有个不变的等式:效益好管理就好,效益差管理就差。殊不知,有若干企业在这两头书写的是一个不等式。 省内某大型纺织企业,前些年经济效益稳定增长,各级管理部门便将其推到前台,“披红挂绿”,帮助企业总结先进的管理经验,四处“引路”。曾几何时,该企业效益大跌,有关部门又来“会诊”。经查,企业管理混乱,行政领导班子有经济问题的十占七八,或锒铛入狱,或去职反省……那些荣誉牌匾、奖杯、证书转瞬之间给我们编织成一个巨大的问号:管理问题是才发生的吗?当然不是。过去企业经济效益好,一俊遮了百丑,是那个“等式”在作怪。固然,效益好管理也好的企业肯定也不乏其例,但这决不具有普遍意义,如果作为一种规律去认识,或作为一种普遍
From time to time, the company interviewed and found a near-regular phenomenon: a company with good economic results, management laurels will follow, and companies with poor economic results will inevitably become the target of public opinion. There seems to be a constant equation during this period: good management is good, poor efficiency management is bad. As everyone knows, there are a number of companies writing an inequality on both heads. A large-scale textile enterprise in the province has enjoyed steady growth in economic performance in previous years. Management departments at all levels have pushed it to the forefront and “piggybacking and greening” to help companies summarise advanced management experience and “catch the road” everywhere. Once upon a time, the efficiency of the company plummeted and the relevant authorities came back to “consult”. After the investigation, the management of the enterprise was confusing, and the administrative leadership had economic problems that accounted for 7.8, or imprisonment, or resigned.... Those honor plaques, trophies, and certificates quickly woven into a huge question mark: Management Is the problem just happening? Of course not. In the past, the economic benefits of the enterprise were good. A handsome man covered a hundred ugliness. It was the “equal equation” that was causing trouble. Of course, companies with good returns and good management are sure to have no shortage of examples, but this is by no means universal, if they are recognized as a rule, or as a universal
