采用分室根箱试验,研究了小麦—水稻体系条件下紫色土根区与非根区土壤不同形态锌含量变化动态特征,以期为麦稻轮作制中合理施用锌肥及作物锌营养调控提供依据.结果表明,麦稻体系条件下,小麦和水稻生长后期,根区交换态锌含量比对照(不种作物处理)分别增加了0.83和0.59 mg/kg,与对照相比两者差异均达显著水平.淹水促进了水溶性锌向根区的扩散,非根区交换态锌和有效态锌明显降低.由小麦季过渡到水稻季,促进了土壤中的矿物态锌向有效态锌转化,使土壤中交换态、松结有机态锌含量均高于对照土壤,且随着距离根区越近这种作用越明显.小麦锌吸收主要来自于根区,而对于水稻则可以利用更大范围的土壤有效锌.
The dynamic characteristics of different forms of Zn in purple soil and non-root soil under wheat-rice system were studied by using split-chamber root box experiment in order to provide evidence for the regulation of zinc nutrition and crop zinc utilization in wheat rotation system. The results showed that the exchangeable Zn content in the root zone increased by 0.83 mg / kg and 0.59 mg / kg, respectively, in wheat and rice at late growth stage compared with the control (without crop treatment), and the difference was significant compared with the control .The flooding promoted the diffusion of water-soluble zinc to the root zone, and the exchangeable zinc and available zinc in non-root zone decreased obviously.The transition from wheat season to rice season accelerated the conversion of mineral zinc in soil to effective zinc The contents of exchangeable and loosely-bound organic zinc in soils were higher than those in the control soils, and the closer the roots were to the root, the more obvious the zinc absorption was from the root zone and the greater the range of Soil effective zinc.
