Rat hepatocyte membrane was separated by sucrose gradient centrifugation, and B/F was separated by PEG. Hepatocyte membrane glucagon receptor radioactivity assay was established and several experimental conditions were optimized. The non-specific binding rate of this method is less than 5%.
